Quality control on wholesale garage door springs: wire specification, heat treatment, cycle life testing, dimensional checks, and documentation on request.
What we check
Representative inspection imagery: wire diameter, inside diameter, body length, coil condition, and labeling are checked against the ordered specification.
Wire is specified by diameter and grade before production, and each run is checked against the ordered specification rather than a generic size chart.
Springs are dimensionally checked for wire diameter, inside diameter, body length, and coil condition, and finished springs are tagged so the size is readable on the shelf.
Cycle life is built into the specification you order. If your program requires documented test results or a certificate of conformance, ask and we will include it with your quotation.
