Ex Works Terms & Payment

All orders are sold Ex Works (EXW) at the manufacturing facility in Vietnam. Our responsibility ends when finished springs are made available at the factory.

We do not handle, arrange, coordinate, quote, or invoice any cost or activity beyond Ex Works factory release.

Quotes from BCA Trading Co. cover spring production and Ex Works factory pricing only. Any post-factory planning, compliance review, third-party fees, and related decisions are handled by the buyer.

A deposit is required to secure production and pricing. Unless otherwise stated in your quotation, standard wholesale orders require a 50% deposit, with the remaining balance due following pre-release quality-control approval and prior to Ex Works factory release.

Payment terms may vary based on order size, production requirements, Ex Works terms, and approved account status. Established customers may qualify for alternative payment terms subject to credit approval.

Production deposits become non-refundable once manufacturing has commenced, except where the order cannot be produced in accordance with the agreed specifications.

ACH and wire transfer are preferred for wholesale orders.

By submitting a purchase order to BCA Trading Co., the buyer enters into a contract with BCA Trading Co. for the supply of the ordered goods. The buyer agrees that it will not bypass, circumvent, or attempt to bypass or circumvent BCA Trading Co. by contacting, contracting, or placing orders directly with the factory or any related manufacturing facility introduced through BCA Trading Co.

This non-circumvention obligation applies for the duration of the order and for a period of two (2) years following the date of the buyer's last purchase order with BCA Trading Co. The Vietnam manufacturing relationships and the Taiwan engineering and tooling connections introduced by BCA Trading Co. are proprietary business relationships of BCA Trading Co.

Any order placed by the buyer in violation of this clause is void, and BCA Trading Co. reserves all available remedies.
