How production works
Factory runs are planned around spring type, wire diameter, inside diameter, length, cycle target, and total wholesale quantity.
Springs are produced in scheduled factory runs. A full production run is 5,000 springs, which is why factory-direct pricing sits at that quantity.
Each run covers coiling, heat treatment, finishing, tagging, and specified packaging before Ex Works factory release in Vietnam.
Beyond our Vietnam production, we maintain factory connections in Taiwan that support our engineering standards, tooling, and process oversight across the region.
