Question 1

What is the minimum order for wholesale springs?

Accepted Answer

Wholesale quoting starts at 100 individual springs (trial tier, quote only). The standard wholesale minimum is 250 springs per order, and the factory-direct pricing tier begins at 5,000 springs.

Question 2

Can I mix torsion and extension springs in one order?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Tier pricing is based on the total number of individual springs on the order, so any mix of torsion and extension sizes counts toward the same quantity break.

Question 3

Are the prices on the site final?

Accepted Answer

No. Prices shown are estimated Ex Works factory pricing based on current manufacturing cost and wholesale tier. Final Ex Works pricing is confirmed per SKU in your quote.

Question 4

What does Ex Works mean for my order?

Accepted Answer

We sell Ex Works at the factory in Vietnam. Costs and activity beyond the factory gate are buyer-managed, and we do not handle, arrange, coordinate, quote, or invoice anything beyond Ex Works factory release.

Question 5

How does payment work?

Accepted Answer

A deposit is required to secure production and pricing. Unless otherwise stated in your quote, standard wholesale orders require a 50% deposit, with the remaining balance due following pre-release quality-control approval and prior to Ex Works factory release. Established customers may qualify for alternative payment terms subject to credit approval. Production deposits are non-refundable once manufacturing has commenced, except where the order cannot be produced to the agreed specifications. ACH and wire transfer are preferred for wholesale orders.

Question 6

What are the lead times?

Accepted Answer

Lead time depends on production scheduling and factory release timing. Your quote states the production window and when the order is expected to be available for buyer-arranged collection.

Question 7

Do you sell single springs to homeowners?

Accepted Answer

No. We are wholesale only and sell to installers, dealers, distributors, and manufacturers.

Question 8

Can I get springs with my own brand on them?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Private label tags, sleeves, cartons, and custom color coding are produced at the factory as part of your run.

Question 9

What if I need a size that is not listed?

Accepted Answer

Send a custom spring request with wire diameter, inside diameter, length, or extension rating. The factory produces non-standard sizes and high-cycle builds subject to run minimums.
