Terms of Service
Wholesale only
BCA Trading Co. sells exclusively to businesses — garage door installers, dealers, distributors, service companies, and manufacturers. We do not sell single springs to homeowners. By using this site and submitting inquiries, quotes, or purchase orders, you represent that you are purchasing for business purposes.
Estimates & quotes
Prices shown on this site are estimated Ex Works factory pricing based on current manufacturing cost and wholesale tier. Final Ex Works pricing is confirmed per SKU in a written quotation. A quotation — not the website — establishes the binding price for an order.
Order minimums
Wholesale quoting starts at 100 individual springs (trial tier, quote only). The standard wholesale minimum is 250 springs per order, and the factory-direct pricing tier begins at 5,000 springs.
Ex Works terms
All orders are sold Ex Works (EXW) at the manufacturing facility in Vietnam. Our responsibility ends when finished springs are made available at the factory. We do not handle, arrange, coordinate, quote, or invoice any cost or activity beyond Ex Works factory release — all post-factory planning and third-party fees are managed by the buyer. Payment
A deposit is required to secure production and pricing. Unless otherwise stated in your quotation, standard wholesale orders require a 50% deposit, with the remaining balance due following pre-release quality-control approval and prior to Ex Works factory release. Production deposits become non-refundable once manufacturing has commenced, except where the order cannot be produced in accordance with the agreed specifications. ACH and wire transfer are preferred. Established customers may qualify for alternative terms subject to credit approval.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BCA Trading Co.'s liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount paid for the goods giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or downtime.

Garage-door springs are components of high-energy counterbalance systems. Professional installation and servicing are strongly recommended. See our Safety page.
Non-Circumvention
By submitting a purchase order to BCA Trading Co., the buyer enters into a contract with BCA Trading Co. for the supply of the ordered goods. The buyer agrees that it will not bypass, circumvent, or attempt to bypass or circumvent BCA Trading Co. by contacting, contracting, or placing orders directly with the factory or any related manufacturing facility introduced through BCA Trading Co. This includes Vietnam manufacturing relationships and Taiwan engineering and tooling connections, which are proprietary business relationships of BCA Trading Co.
This obligation applies for the duration of the order and for two (2) years following the buyer's last purchase order. The full clause is set out on our Ex Works Terms page and is incorporated into every purchase order.
Privacy Policy
What we collect
When you request a quote, submit an inquiry, apply for a wholesale account, or place an order, we collect the business contact details you provide: name, company, email address, phone number, and the spring specifications and quantities relevant to your order. If you create an account, we store your sign-in credentials (email and password) securely for authentication.
How we use it
We use this information to prepare quotes, produce and release your orders under Ex Works terms, service your account, and respond to your messages. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.
Retention
We retain order, quote, and account records for as long as your account is active and as needed for our business and legal record-keeping.
